So…our game made the cover of Play Magazine – this was a big team effort; the bulk of the painting was done by a couple of talented artists at Massive Black, based on our character designs and in-game models, as well as a high rez character model sculpted at Gentle Giant Studios. Here’s the final image, and a little bit of my background work…

Awesome… great workups… Golden Axe must be a blast to work on… Lemme know if you need some of those stoopid gnomes modeled up;) That’s great you guys landed the play mag cover as well… it’s the only magazine I still have a subscription to because of its art centric vibe. Great stuff!!!
