sweet - office has life drawing!

Posted by tarosan on June 29, 2007

Imagine my smugness - turns out the office has a bi-weekly life drawing group. How convenient is that!? We’re still living out of suitcases, so this week was just pen and ink…

Job hunting…job finding

Posted by tarosan on June 12, 2007

Yes, it’s true - I’ve been a lousy blogger for the last few weeks. The reason has been unexpected unemployment, followed by flying all over the US, followed by packing to sell the house and move across the country.

Leaving aside the entire epic tale; I’ll be joining a very cool studio in a very cool city. To whit: Secret Level (Sega) in San Francisco! (How cool is that! - Sorry Dallas, but you understand, it’s not you, it’s me…)

And - since I have a ‘rule’ about never posting without some pics - here’s part of an art test from a “missed opportunity” (as in, never even got an interview). This is a console title that features a guy fighting modern pirates in the jungle, busting caps while swinging from vines, generally raiding ruins…or tombs…or something…it’s properly called “Drake’s Fortune” but honestly the first thing that comes to mind is: “Dude Raider”.
